Project Details
House Hoosain in Claremont features dark, richly veined marble throughout several bathrooms, with tones of grey and black, complemented by distinctive green and gold veining, featured across the vanity countertops and shower wall cladding, creating a cohesive and elegant finish. Round, gold-framed mirrors and sculptural vessel basins carved from natural stone sit on the marble vanity tops, their lighter tones contrasting with the darker polished surfaces. One bathroom, along with the kitchen backsplash, brings in a patchwork mosaic tile in green, beige, and cream tones for contrast against the darker stone elsewhere in the home. A staircase finished in cream stone treads, framed by a wrought-iron balustrade, connects the levels of a home otherwise furnished with traditional, antique pieces throughout the living and dining rooms.
