House Jain in Oranjezicht carries a soft, white marble with fine grey veining through several bathrooms, each finished with a sculptural vessel basin set on a timber vanity and framed against a textured, stone-look wall. Brass and brushed tapware picks up warmth against the marble's cool tone, with round mirrors and simple joinery keeping each bathroom restrained around the stone. The kitchen shifts to a warmer register, with a cream stone carrying bold gold veining across the counters, a full waterfall edge, and a matching splashback that runs behind the hob and gooseneck brass tap. Used across every wet area of the home, the stone becomes the constant thread tying bathrooms and kitchen back to the same material language, even as the palette shifts from room to room.
